✔ Wrong Purchases: Refunds will not be issued for incorrect product selections once downloaded and installed.
✔ Discounted or Free Products: Purchases made at a reduced price or obtained for free are not eligible for refunds.

✔ Matching Account Information: The candidate’s name must match the account holder’s name for a refund request to be valid.
