Symantec and VMware are the Parts of Broadcom Certifications

Broadcom’s product portfolio has grown significantly over the past few years as a result of acquisitions – including Symantec’s Enterprise Security business (acquired in 2019) and VMware (acquired in 2022 and recently completed).

1.Symantec Enterprise Security

Since 2019, Symantec’s enterprise security products and services are officially part of Broadcom. In many cases, Symantec product certifications have been folded into, or rebranded under Broadcom’s overall certification umbrella.
